Insider clusters

Insider clusters occur when multiple insiders (e.g., executives, directors) buy or sell company stock during the same narrow timeframe. Significant cluster buying often signals strong collective confidence, while cluster selling may indicate shared concerns. This aggregated activity is considered more meaningful than isolated transactions.
